Chef JM
Chef JM Lynch grew up on the Jersey Shore and fell in love with cooking in high school. He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management he went on to work in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Houston before settling in Minneapolis. Lynch spent two years working with Travail as Executive Chef. JM reignited his passion for pizza as the head of menu development at Nouvelle Brewing in Robbinsdale.
Chef JM has many accolades including numerous awards from the American Culinary Federation. "Jammer" is undeniably passionate about creating a memorable and delicious dining experience for every individual who walks into our space.
