Farina Rossa, which translates to "red flour," is named for the high-quality wheat we source right here in the Upper Midwest. We take great pride in our old-school craftsmanship—meticulously crafting our Artisan, Tavern, and Detroit pizza dough entirely by hand—and the final result is anything but traditional.
